Taste & Plant: Edible Flowers & Herbs

Join Bijou's Blooms for a hands-on, interactive experience exploring the beauty and flavor of edible flowers and culinary herbs.

Participants will sample a selection of fresh edible flowers and herbs while learning how to incorporate them into everyday cooking, beverages, and garden spaces. We'll discuss easy-to-grow varieties, harvesting tips, and the benefits of adding edible plants to home gardens.

Each participant will then plant their own six-pack of edible flowers and/or herbs to take home, allowing them to continue the experience long after the workshop ends.

This beginner-friendly workshop is perfect for gardeners, food lovers, and anyone interested in growing something both beautiful and useful.

Workshop Includes:
• Guided tasting of edible flowers and herbs
• Growing and harvesting tips
• Hands-on planting activity
• One planted six-pack to take home
• Care instructions for continued success

The workshop will be hosted at the Liberty Hill Collective, Liberty Hill's new nature-based learning community, opening its doors this September in the heart of downtown Liberty Hill. Participants will have the opportunity to experience this unique space while connecting with fellow Chamber members through gardening, learning, and community.

No gardening experience required. But fun? That's a requirement. :)
