Maximilian Raileanu is a Georgetown, Texas–based attorney whose legal practice bridges both local roots and a truly global reach. Licensed to practice in Texas and Colorado, Max advises clients in general corporate counseling, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and tax analysis—with a strong personal focus on international corporate and commercial law. A first-generation American, Max is also a proud Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard, where he continues to serve his country. His commitment to public service extends to his legal career, including pro bono legal work for military personnel, and his involvement with causes such as the Irreverent Warriors, Lone Survivor Foundation, and Ronald McDonald House. When not practicing law or serving the public, Max spends his time with his family, cheers on the Texas Longhorns, and reads history books.
